From 29 January to 3 February, a team from the National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children will once again travel to St. Eustatius and Saba to hold walk-in sessions. Residents are welcome to drop by free of charge with any requests for assistance with regard to problems with government bodies and other authorities.
National Ombudsman and Ombudsman for Children are planning walk-in sessions for residents of St. Eustatius and Saba
Specific examples of these bodies are the Public Entity, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, the police, childcare, or schools. We invite anyone with questions regarding these and other organizations to drop by our walk-in sessions.
Walk-in sessions will be held on the following dates and times:
St. Eustatius
- Monday 29 January between 09.00-11.00, Lions Den, Concordia
- Wednesday 31 January between 13.00-15.00, St. Eustatius Public Library, Oranjestad
Saba
- Thursday 1 February between 09.30-11.30, The Windward Roads Office, The Bottom
- Saturday 3 February between 09.00-11.00, Child Focus Building, Windwardside
You can speak either Dutch or English during these walk-in sessions.
It is always possible to submit a complaint or a question
Anyone who is unable to come to a walk-in session may ask their questions or submit their complaints in other ways.
