On 6 April, between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. (local time), a team from the National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children will be available for phone consultations in the Caribbean Netherlands. Are you having problems with organisations like the Tax Office, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, youth and family services (JGCN), the National Office for the Caribbean Netherlands or your school? Phone up and receive help free of charge.

The telephone consultation session will replace the planned visit of the National Ombudsman and the Children’s Ombudsman to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. The visit, which was supposed to take place this spring, has been cancelled as a result of the global impact of the coronavirus.
